• Who owns the leads? You do! The lead is generated by a potential client, in front of your store, entering their cell number or e-mail address. The captured information is unique to your location. We do not distribute this lead elsewhere.
  
  
• How long is the commitment? It is a 1 year contract, which includes hardware and tech support.
  
  
• How many real estate practitioners receive each lead? The lead is unique to your location/agency and owned by you exclusively.
  
  
• What are the options if there is a problem? We are good folks, call us and talk it over.
  
  
• What’s the average conversion rate? If the system generates one lead that converts to a sale, the subscription has paid for itself 10 times over.

• Once I order, how long until it is up and running? We will have the system delivered in 4-6 weeks maximum, usually quicker. Your touch screen site will be available for review in a few days.
  
  
• How do I install the hardware? The Window Agent touch screen was designed for easy installation by you. Using measurements you provide, we will send cables & 2 L-Brackets that screw into the window frame. The system will center itself automatically.

• What if I don't want to install it myself? There is a coupon in the box for the Geek Squad, installation on us!
  
  
• What happens if it arrives damaged? We will replace it at once.
  
  
• What if the equipment breaks during the life of the lease? Give us a call and we will replace it immediately.
  
  
• Do I need to remove it to clean the windows? No, the Window Agent touch screen sits flush with your storefront glass. Typically no contaminant gets between the Window Agent and the window. However, it does have a handle on the rear so that you can pull it back to clean if you like!
  
  
• Can it sit in direct sunlight? What kind of environmental conditions does it need? Sunlight can cause glare on the Window Agent screen at certain time of the day and year. Your best bet is to install it in a non-south-facing and/or a shaded window for optimal viewing throughout the year.

• How does this work with my WiFi system? The Window Agent can be configured to access your WiFi. You can do it with the enclosed directions or TableTouch can configure your system for you ahead of time. When you Sign-Up, enter your WiFi SSID and password and the system will come pre-configured from us. Of course, we will not disclose your password.
  

• How does this work with my current website? Working with our partners, your data feeds will come to the Window Agent through templates that make them fully touch screen accessible. This is part of the set-up fee and is no additional charge. Want to tweak, the site once its done? Call us and we can work that out.
  
  
• What does your software do that is different from my current website email list? Our systems take advantage of your neighborhood foot traffic 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. The leads we provide are generated by a potential client that has used the system installed in your office window and who has entered their e-mail address or cell phone number. Their intent is to call the realtor about the property of interest or they intend to visit the property. This client instigated local lead is one of the highest valued leads that can be generated from the internet.
  
  
• Do I have to buy the Window Agent touchscreen to run the Real Estate software solution? No. It is leased to you as part of the monthly subscription service for the life of the contract. There is no capital equipment or hardware cost.

• Does the Window Agent work on it's own? Yes, its a full fledged touch screen computer running our software.

• Can I buy the hardware? Yes. Call or order online.
  

• I got an error message/reboot message on the screen, what do I do? See next topic.
  
  
• My system isn't working. We will know that before you do! We remotely monitor all of our systems. We may call and ask you to reset the power supply. If we cannot fix it or if it cannot fix itself (they are pretty smart), you will get a replacement at once.
  
  
• What is the Lead Recipient E-Mail? This is the e-mail address where all cell phone text inquiries and e-mail inquiries will be sent.
  
  
• What is the WIFI SSID and WIFI Password? We can pre-configure your wireless network at the factory if you supply us with your WiFi name and password. Of course, we will keep this information private.
  
  
• What are the height and width measurements for? The Window Agent is suspended in your window with 2 cables. We cut these to length for each order to insure an exact fit for your window. Here's where to measure:
