The 'Window Agent" consists of a 'through-the-window' touchscreen monitor developed for Realtors to attract high value leads from pedestrian traffic outside their office day and night. Viewers outside the office can scan inventory and select properties of interest, and then have the photos, descriptions, and contact information sent to their cell phone or email. Leads are local and exclusive to each Window Agent.
The Window Agent is a 19” full color high-resolution display that mounts inside the storefront window of an office. Potential clients outside the office interact through the glass window using proximity sensitive technology built into the unit. With the touch of a finger, potential clients can browse property listings and request "virtual property fliers" on listing’s of interest in a self-initiated low pressure engagement.
The Window Agent can be mounted in any storefront to leverage a location's foot traffic during and beyond operating hours 24/7. The monthly subscription fee of $300 includes the hardware, software, and database access. Details of each request include contact information (phone number or email address) and items requested. The lead is an immediate local request and remains exclusive to the individual subscriber.
