For Immediate Release :
San Francisco, CA. APRIL 25TH, 2010. : TableTouch, Inc. and IiHomefinder announced today the release of an innovative and effective lead generation service for Realtors nationwide. The 'Window Agent" consists of a 'through-the-window' touchscreen monitor developed for Realtors to attract high value leads from pedestrian traffic outside their office day and night. Viewers outside the office can scan inventory and select properties of interest, and then have the photos, descriptions, and contact information sent to their cell phone or email. Leads are local and exclusive to each Window Agent.
The Window Agent is a 19” full color high-resolution display that mounts inside the storefront window of an office. Potential clients outside the office interact through the glass window using proximity sensitive technology built into the unit. With the touch of a finger, potential clients can browse property listings and request "virtual property fliers" on listing’s of interest in a self-initiated low pressure engagement.
The Window Agent can be mounted in any storefront to leverage a location's foot traffic during and beyond operating hours 24/7. The monthly subscription fee of $300 includes the hardware, software, and database access. Details of each request include contact information (phone number or email address) and items requested. The lead is an immediate local request and remains exclusive to the individual subscriber.
iHomefinder provides the data with their market-leading IDX technology to assure a superior search experience for the client. In addition to the Window Agent, iHomefinder offers a suite of user-friendly search tools that enable homebuyers to save their searches or individual listings of interest into their own personal Property Organizers. The iHomefinder system can notify visitors with email updates as new listings that fit their search criteria become available, or as changes like price reductions are made to previously saved listings. This allows Realtors to better serve their market with a suite of tools from iHomefinder.
Window Agents tested with Red Oak Realty and Zephyr Real Estate have experienced an average of 50 leads per month. "Your technology has dramatically improved the number of potential customers that stop and browse the available homes," says Ra0ndall Kostik of Zephyr, "Just having the Window Agent operating in my window brings additional prospects in the door to inquire about what they've seen on the display."
