JUNE 29TH, 2010. : TableTouch, In announced today the release of an innovative software application targeted to Independent Newspaper, Media Companies and Content Providers, providing a complete solution for mobile distribution. TableTouch software serves XML data feeds dynamically translated to most mobile and touch screen devices. Our translation software uses NewsML or NITF as a source data feed.
Using our proprietary XML translation and formatting software, the data feed can be translated into any form factor, device or language, in real time. Our "Device Sniffer" software detects over 1100 wireless and mobile devices. The data feed is specifically designed for Touch Screen devices, including tablets, iPads©, iPhones© and touch screen mobile devices.
Our preferred method of use is 'redirection' instead of a MobileOS version Application or "App". Content Providers can add our supplied code to their website that will automatically redirect compatible devices to the Mobile or Touch Screen version. TableTouch has committed to add existing and new devices as they are released, thereby relieving the burden of device support for the Content Provider as well as supporting multiple MobileOS "Applications" or "App's".
